The man who steals the film is David Tennant. The non-science fiction folk might not recognize him, but Tennant is a cult icon. You can argue over who the better Doctor is (it ain‘t Matt Smith), but you can’t argue that Tennant’s Peter Vincent is hilarious and makes the film. The Dr. Who alum has perfect comedic timing and should help Tennant break into the American audience that doesn’t know him from his run on the hit BBC show.
